Who am I?

For those that don’t know me, I’m Destiny. I’m a mom of two sweet boys (Luke and Levi) and a wife of 10 years to Trevor. We’ve lived in Ohio for 9 years and moved to Troy last year. We are a military family that transitioned from Active Duty to the Reserves 5 years ago. Trevor and I are Aerospace Engineers and Trevor flies C-17’s for the Reserves.

More importantly, we have come to know and claim the Lord as our Savior at different points in our lives. Trevor grew up in a family who knew and believed in the Lord. While I learn about the Lord by attending church with friends over the years, but I accepted Him as my Savior in adulthood.

I have been on a spiritual journey since moving to Ohio. It started with Trevor’s grandma Marsha. She loved the Lord with every breathe and she shared His love with everyone she met. The Lord used her in amazing ways! It was through her that I really got to know God.

Since that time, the Lord has led us through many ups and downs, growing my faith at every turn. This last year has been the most transformative. I am so excited to see where the Lord will lead us from here!
